Winemaking
This wine is slowly pressed, then lightly settled, before being aged in vats. It is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Tasting notes
Red fruit and candy aromas waft from the bottle. The wine also reveals a lovely roundness supported by its residual sugars. This makes it ideal for desserts, such as strawberry soup with burrata ice cream, or a fine vine peach tart.
Our advice
We recommend a serving temperature of between 10°C and 12°C. It can be enjoyed now, or over the next three years.
