Winemaking
To favor the fruit, little extraction is carried out; maceration lasts 8 to 10 days. Once fermentation is complete, the pomace is isolated to keep only the free-run juice, which makes up the entire “La Cerisaie” cuvée.
Aged 100% in vats for 9 months.
Tasting notes
All stages of winemaking are carried out with a single goal in mind: to focus on the fruit. And that’s exactly what you get when you taste it. This round, fruity cuvée is a good way to discover the varietal notes of a rather charming Cabernet Franc.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to light, gourmet moments like Sunday roast chicken.
Our advice
We recommend a serving temperature of around 14°C. It can be enjoyed now, or over the next five years.
