Tasting notes
A delicate cuvée with great depth. There’s a touch of lemon and a more saline nuance, before a certain amplitude on the finish.
For the match, the idea is to preserve this harmony and purity in the wine. We can then offer you just-cooked langoustine, ribot milk cream and a touch of ginger.
Our advice
We recommend a serving temperature of between 12°C and 14°C. It can be enjoyed now, or over the next seven years.
