Logbook :

The end of July and the beginning of August saw the reappearance of an old companion who had been absent for some time: the sun! Its return was also accompanied by hot weather. So things move very quickly in the vineyards, and we adapt as best we can to the pace set by nature… a rather fast pace, to be honest with you! The last tasks of the season are being carried out in the rows (leaf thinning, green harvesting, etc.). In the meantime, the grapes are gradually filling out… and veraison is just around the corner! A special event for Savennières lovers: 50 ares have been planted on the Clos le Grand Beaupréau plot! A little patience… the first harvests from these young plants will now take place in 4 years’ time.
