This wine is slowly pressed, then lightly settled, before being aged in vats. It is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Tasting notes
With this rosé, you’ll enjoy a lively, slightly acidic fruitiness. It is particularly refreshing.
Beyond the simple pleasure of a glass of rosé enjoyed on a sunny terrace, it can also be enjoyed with a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.

We recommend a serving temperature of between 10°C and 12°C. It can be enjoyed now, or over the next three years.
